James had finally led Lacey out onto the grounds. He continued leading her, through the rain, toward the Great Lake. The rain was still coming down decently heavy. He knew that Teddy was out there someplace, but didn't really want to deal with the mopey boy at the moment. He took Lacey's blindfold off and smiled broadly. "Got you outside."

She held back a laughing finding it rather hilarious. She glared at him as water streamed down her face. She was already soaking wet and so was James. "You are so evil James Potter." She muttered. "If it wasn't raining I'd push you into the Great Lake and laugh hysterically.

James smiled broadly. "Well, I'm glad I won't be pushed into the Lake. But if you look at it... it's kinda pretty..."

She laughed. "Yeah it pretty but we're soaking wet. And if a professor sees us they will yell at us."

"They can't dictate whether or not we can be outside in the rain," James said.

"Madame Pomfrey can." She said smirking. "So what are we supposed to do now that you got me flipping wet?" She demanded somewhat amused.

"I hadn't planned that far ahead. I had actually pictured you running back into the castle screaming bloody murder because your hair got wet," James admitted.

"Mean!" She shrieked shoving him into the lake. She stood there giggling evilly.

James fell into the lake with a big sploosh. He coughed up water and stared at Lacey. "Oh, now this is war," he said jokingly. He swam to where she had pushed him in and got out. He shook like a dog and sprayed her.

She giggled as he tried to get her more wet than she already was." It won't work I'm already wet completely. " She stuck her tongue out at him before dashing off. "Bet you can't get me into the Great Lake."

"You're on," James said, sprinting after her. He was pretty quick, he had to keep up with Teddy a lot of the times, and Teddy was fast.

She shrieked and tried to run faster really hoping he wouldn't throw her in.

James caught up to her and tried to grab her. But in the slippery grass, he slipped and nearly did a face-plant, but he caught himself in time.

She stopped and saw him almost fall. She shrieked with laughter forgetting entirely about why she was running away.

James bounded up next to her and picked her up. He headed back towards the lake. "Time for you to go into the bloody cold water."
